2. As New; cast Iron & steel construction with all wetted parts stainless steel.

3. Disc Diameter 750 mm (30”).

4.Throughput 35-200 BDMTPD

5.Stock Consistency 3.5 to 6.0%.

6. Max Motor Rating 600 kW (800 Hp).

7. fitted with ‘no-flow’ safety device.

8. Variable gap width between Rotor & stators is both Manually & Motor
operated via safety clutch arrangement (motor not supplied due to regional voltage variations).

9. New, unused Voith Remote control operating panel.

10. All operation, foundation & electrical schematic manuals included.

11. Fitted with Pilao Tri disk re-conditioned Rotor & Stators.
