Thepulpatconsistencyof0.8-1.2%entersthevatandattachedthediscsector,filtrateisguidedbyhollowshaftanddischargedoutattwoend.Stockattachedonsectorisknockedoffbyhigh-pressureshower.Thethickenedstockatconsistencyof3-4%flowovertheplateofadjustingvalveandintodischargechamberwhereitisoutfeed.Therotationspeedofmainshaftcanbeadjustedforrequiredoutletconsistencyandcapacity.
